DELIVERIES:
Within Australia All orders should be received within 5 working days. Add $12.95 postage and handling (upto 3 kgs). All parcels within Australia will be sent in Australia Post express satchels.
International: Orders outside Australia should be received within 14 working days. This may vary depending on location. Cost on application.

PRICING:
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST. For international orders 10% GST will be deducted on processing of your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know by email - info@eugeniecashmere.com or phone our showroom 61.3.9510 6936 Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm (EST) Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unworn, in original condition and with all labels intact.
We will not be responsible for any package not received by us if not sent in a trackable or registered parcel.
For exchanges please enclose a prepaid post bag so that we can return the item to you without any further charge.

Items may be returned for a full refund provided they meet the requirements as stated above. The customer will not be reimbursed for delivery costs.
Returned items for refund will be processed within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
